HK Boy Cart Noodle 香港仔车仔面 @ Bandar Mahkota Cheras

Hey everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today, I'll be sharing with you about HK Boy Cart Noodle 香港仔车仔面 that I'd been to about a few weeks ago. What's so special about HK Boy Cart Noodle? If you're a fan of Hong Kong street food and you know your bank account doesn't allow you to fly to Hong Kong in a short period of time just for food, you might as well fix your cravings here at HK Boy Cart noodle, where authentic Hong Kong local food can be found!

How to place your order for Cart noodle?

1. Pick your broth base (soup base or dry base).
2. Select your choice of noodles. There will be an additional charge for premium noodles such as udon and instant ramen. 
3. Select any 2 free gravy of your choices. Here, we picked 辣汁 and 卤水汁 。
4. After you've selected your gravy, you may begin to pick as many of your favourite ingredients as you want for the noodle. The prices for each ingredient were stated clearly on the order form. 

**Get your calculator ready and be careful with what you picked if you don't want to burn a hole in your pocket!!!

Tadaa! Here is it! The portion of the noodle was big, but the taste was...indescribably weird. I don't know if there's something wrong with our choices for the broth and gravy, but the combination was just so weird and I couldn't tell if it's delicious or not. Urghh!

Nevertheless, the shark fin soup 碗仔翅 was delicious! It's very filling as well. There was other street food on the menu such as 鸡蛋仔，咖喱鱼蛋 and 肠粉, so make sure you get a taste of everything. In my opinion, the street food tasted much better than the cart noodle.

Had their signature HK style milk tea 冰镇奶茶 as well. Tasted good but I couldn't have enough because the bottle was so small. It literally just took me a few sips to empty the bottle. Every sip was so precious to me because it was so little. 

Overall, I think the side dishes were worth to try and they are good comfort food indeed. If you've been here once and had tried the cart noodle, you may as well just skip the cart noodle on your next visit and try out their side dishes. Trust me, they are even better!
